Because this is an online purchase, you have the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of the purchase confirmation, with a full refund regardless of the reason, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
Send your request to Vellum Lens’s official support channel (the e-mail listed on the platform) within the 7-day period, stating your registered e-mail and the reason.
The refund is processed through the same payment method, via Hotmart, within 7 business days after approval, and may vary depending on the financial institution or card issuer.
Once the withdrawal period has ended, subscriptions are not refundable on a pro-rata basis for simple withdrawal. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time — access remains until the end of the cycle already paid, with no refund of the remaining period. Note: recurring billing is managed by Hotmart; it is the User’s responsibility to ensure the cancellation is also made in the Hotmart subscriber area, since automatic charges will continue to be made there until the cancellation takes effect on that platform.
Outside the 7-day period, a refund may be granted after review in cases of: duplicate charge or proven error; platform unavailability of more than 72 consecutive hours without resolution; a charge after a cancellation has already been confirmed; or a serious unresolved defect.
The following do not give rise to a refund, outside the 7-day guarantee: dissatisfaction with business results (we do not guarantee revenue); not using the platform or the credits in the cycle; forgetting to cancel before renewal; or suspension for violating the Terms of Use.
Additional credits purchased separately follow the same 7-day guarantee (if unused); after that period or after partial use, they are not refundable.
